Elizabeth Stubbs
Director/Lead Consultant
Elizabeth has worked in senior managment positions in the community service sector and has extensive experience in the development, implementation, delivery and review of youth AOD programs in the Northern Territory. Elizabeth has also worked in a leadership role in delivery of Aged Care Services. Elizabeth has been a member of the NHMRC Consensus committee who developed the Clinical Guidelines in VSU, involved in the review of VSU and AOD sections of the CARPA Health Manual and a contributing author of the Handbook for Aboriginal alcohol and drug work among other expert knowledge projects. Elizabeth has a Batchelor in Behavioural Science and certificates in AOD and Community Services.
Harry Morrison
Consultant
Harry is a highly skilled professional, with solid experience in providing high-level leadership and program design, delivery and evaluation.
Since completing his Bachelors of Clinical Practice (Paramedics), Harry has worked and trained in various roles within the social services sector. These roles have involved working alongside youth and community engagement with a particular passion toward trauma informed care and alcohol and other drugs support.
Harry has worked in remote communities in the NT delivering programs aimed at youth populations and providing training and development for appropriate delivery.
Nat Sarsfield

Natalie is a Social Worker with over 15years experience in the drug and alcohol, mental health and family violence sectors, holding counselling, management, community development and service design/redesign roles.
Natalie has worked within government and non-government agencies in both urban and remote locations across NSW, SA, WA-Pilbara and for the past 8 years in the NT-top end, exposing her to a breadth of cultural competencies and therapeutic methodologies.
Natalie provides Clinical Supervision within a reflective practice framework and offers professional coaching to support best-practice outcomes and professional growth.
